CBRF Training
Cambridge Senior Living offers convenient onsite CBRF training to both staff and community members of the Rice Lake area and beyond. Standard Precautions
This class will cover knowledge of blood borne diseases, handling of body fluids, prevention of contamination, and a number of other key healthcare standard practices.

First Aid & Choking
Choking can be a life-threatening emergency. Learn how to do abdominal thrusts and CPR, as well as other first-aid basics.

Fire Safety
The goal of this class is to provide a knowledgeable understanding on the origins of fires, sources of fires, how to protect yourself, and how to prevent fires from occurring.

Medication Administration
This course is designed to teach unlicensed staff how to manage, administer, or assist residents with prescribed or over-the-counter medications safely and accurately. The course takes place over two consecutive days, and both days must be attended for training to be completed.

Adult & Pediatric First Aid / CPR / AED Training
This Red Cross Certified class incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age. Including adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age).
This course is OSHA-compliant and will help participants become CONFIDENT to give proper care in a multitude of situations. In addition to learning how to save lives, we teach our students how to protect themselves in life threatening situations. Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.
